You can return any item within 30 days of receipt to Snowtart for a full refund or exchange.
All items returned must be in 'as new' condition and must be complete with their original packaging.
Please make sure the product is packaged well and do not stick anything directly to the manufacturer's packaging.
Please return the item with the returns form included with the order. If you do not have this then please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, or a note with your order reference number and name.
Use a tracked delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes. If you are returning an item that you don't like, don't need or you've simply changed your mind on, then you are responsible for your return postage cost.
We aim to process all returns quickly and most are completed within 2 working days of receipt. At busy periods such as Christmas this can take longer.
If you have requested a refund you will be refunded to the original method of payment.

You will need to pay for the cost of the return. If we have made a mistake on your order we will cover the cost - please contact us.
We strongly advise sending any return using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes. This lets you and us track the item in case it doesn't arrive.

- How should I package my item?
The product must be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging which should be intact. Do not stick anything to the manufacturer's packaging such as labels, sellotape etc.
The product should then be placed into an envelope, bag or box. Once you have had your return request approved please include a note or printout with the returns reference number on it.
- What if its a large item?
On large or heavy items such as snowboards please contact us and we can help advise on the best way to get your item back to us.
- How long does a refund take on a returned item?
Almost all returns are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. At exceptionally busy periods e.g. Christmas it may take slightly longer.
Depending on your payment method the refund can take 1-3 working days from the point at which the return is processed.
- Are returns free?
We are unable to cover the cost of returns unless we have made a mistake with your order.
